West Lancashire Dial a Ride

West Lancashire Dial-a-Ride Association provides community transport services to residents of West Lancashire who find it difficult to use public transport.

All our services are door-to-door. Our vehicles are fully accessible and our drivers are all too pleased to help you on and off the bus. West Lancashire Dial-a-Ride services are suitable for a wide range of activities including access to social clubs, shopping, leisure or visiting friends and family.
We offer individual members three types of service:

Scheduled services: These are regular services that operate over popular routes. These services run to a published timetable.

On Request services: We will take you to and from any address in West Lancashire at a time to suit yourself. The service is subject to availability.

Excursions: These are services to popular shopping destinations outside the borough which run to a published timetable.

We also offer qualifying community groups a group transport service available by the hour at competitive rates. Please ring for details.

All our services must be pre-booked and are subject to availability. Normally we ask for 48 hours notice. Before using any of these services you must register as a member.
